MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Prep time: 5 minutes | 1 serving


Lately I've been starting my mornings off with a matcha smoothie bowl.

It's a satisfying breakfast with a natural burst of energy to start my day (without the jittery feels of caffeine).


1 Frozen banana

Half cup frozen mango

3/4 cup almond or oat milk (add more if desired)

1 heaping handful of spinach

1 tsp matcha

1 spoonful of greek yogurt

2 dates (pited)


Blend on high until creamy or smooth!



Now comes the fun part: TOPPINGS! You can get crazy here and add whatever the heck you want. Some of my favorites are raspberries, chia seeds, granola, coconut flakes. blueberries and strawberries.

Note: if you want to take pictures of your smoothie bowl. Add an extra frozen banana so it becomes thicker in consistency & put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
